An interdisciplinary minor that offers students a background of the history, literature, languages, art, music, and philosophy of the Middle Ages and Renaissance.

Minor Requirements
Prerequisite Courses
- Students are responsible for meeting any prerequisites for the courses in the minor, although they may individually petition instructors for permission to override these prerequisite requirements.

Required Courses (6 Credit Hours)
Select two courses from the following:
Restricted Electives (12 Credit Hours)
- A list of approved restricted elective courses is found in the myKnight audit.
- Select no more than two courses from a single disciplinary group:
Department of Modern Languages
Foreign Language Requirements
Total Undergraduate Credit Hours Required: 18
Other Requirements
- Earn a grade of “C” (2.0) or better in all courses used to satisfy the minor.
- At least 12 hours used in the minor must be earned at UCF within the College of Arts and Humanities.
- Course substitutions may be accepted upon approval of the advisor.
