The Urban Real Estate and Development Certificate provides an interdisciplinary focus on real estate, development, and law in an urban setting. With over 80% percent of Americans living in an urban environment and more working in cities, this certificate provides students with the marketable skills to understand the law, financing, and societal aspirations in urban development. The certificate will attract students interested in business, law, real estate, banking, government and private firms. Finally, the UCF downtown campus is situated in an urban environment, providing the most appropriate real-world setting for this certificate.
The Urban Real Estate and Development Certificate is an interdisciplinary partnership between the Legal Studies Department, the College of Business, and the School of Public Administration.
